The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA), in partnership with the Kings County District Attorney's Office, is hosting it's Fourth National Domestic Violence Prosecution Conference on March 18-20, 2020 in Brooklyn, NY. Nationally and internationally renowned faculty members will facilitate discussion and train participants on practical strategies and model policies in domestic violence prosecution. Keynote presenters include Dr. Evan Stark, Professor Emeritus, Rutgers University, on Coercive Control, and Anne Marie Hicks, Head of Victims and Witnesses Policy Team for the Crown Office, Scottish Prosecution College in Glasgow, Scotland, on An International Lens: Transforming the Justice Response to Tackling Domestic Abuse.
