Please take a moment to read this piece and other posts that provide recommendations regarding how justice should be administered during these times. Importantly, many of these ideas such as reducing fees, releasing individuals who are incarcerated for non-violent offenses and eliminating parole revocations for technical violations are ideas that we should consider now and when we have overcome the COVID-19 crisis.
