Panelists will discuss challenges, successes and lessons learned from planning for and implementing pretrial assessment instruments in their jurisdictions. Most of the workshop will be devoted to an interactive discussion among attendees concerning experiences they've had in their own jurisdictions. Topics will include types of instruments, best practices in education and achieving "buy-in".
