SJC Exchange Library

CJCCs and collaborative leadership have been proven and used widely in SJC to jumpstart and grow system change. This poster will provide a visual representation of how CJCCs are established where none have existed before and how they can be supported during the vulnerable early stages. It will also show common challenges and specific site examples of effective responses, strategies for sustaining system collaboration beyond funding for jail reduction, and for broader system analysis and improvement.
