This intermediate workshop walks through the step-by-step creation of a quality assurance (QA) plan. Participants will collaborate with their peers to create performance measures, operationalize data collection, and troubleshoot common QA issues. The workshop builds on an Oct 2018 network session and QA webinar available on the Exchange; participants are encouraged to watch it before the workshop.
