This report presents the results of a new National Center for State Courts (NCSC) study about public perceptions of how the three branches of state government should work together in forging and supporting policies affecting the administration of justice. A representative national telephone survey of 1,200 adults age 18 and older was conducted from February 17 to March 8, 2009 by Princeton Survey Research Associates International (PSRAI). For results based on the total sample, the overall margin of sampling error is plus or minus three percentage points.#justice#ResearchData
