This study explored empirical evidence to support the performance measurement framework identified by the Prosecution Study for the 21st Century. The framework included three goals: 1) promoting the fair, impartial, and expeditious pursuit of justice; 2) ensuring safer communities, and 3) promoting integrity in the prosecution profession and coordination in the criminal justice system.
