SJC Exchange Library

Multiple community partners came together creating a single point of entry system within the Care Campus. This effort was done to divert individuals to the right services at the right time. The Care Campus provides a resource for law enforcement to transport familiar faces to the Crisis Care Center and Safe Solutions, versus the use of the emergency department and county jail. Data collected since the opening of the Care Campus in September of 2018 will show hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost savings.
