The discipline of case management is at the heart of the judiciary. Through SJC, JMI has provided TA and training for case management planning in Pennington, New Orleans, Harris County, Minnehaha, Pima and San Francisco. This poster will highlight the work of these jurisdictions and demonstrate how leadership, assignment and calendaring, differentiated case management, discovery and trial management, performance standards, and information diagnosis and analysis, the components of case management, provide an effective strategy for jail population reduction.
