This PowerPoint, presented by Robert Hood of APA, shares the concept of Prosecutor-Led Diversion programs. This is a practice which began in the 1940s and has proliferated since the 1960s. Prosecutor-Led Diversion are programs in which the prosecutor is responsible for things such as the elibiility standards for the program, the program's conditions and more.
