The Lake County Jail High-Utilizer Program launched in September 2017, and there have been several changes in staff due to election issues, new management, and the need for more diverse staff to reach a broader range of clients. We recognize that this has caused some challenges, and we are creating a detailed manual/toolkit to clarify the process and effectively train Jail High-Utilizer Program team members. With this done, we are hoping to better meet clients’ needs and achieve our goals.
