Participants will learn how an initiative from two local competing hospitals spurred by the Robert Wood Johnson report on County Health Rankings has affected both the judicial and medical system in one county. The collective impact model used to address complex health and social problems by the healthcare system led to the development of the LEARN group (Law enforcement and resource network). Information will be shared on how the LEARN group has been the catalyst to learn to work together. The library entry includes both the poster and a handout provided in the May Network Meeting Poster Session.#LawEnforcementJails#MentalHealth
